The case workers always say the "check" was mailed on Friday and we can clearly see it wasn't sent until Tuesday of the next week (post marks are great) yet they will stick with the lie. The new lie this week is "we direct deposited your check on the 5th" its now the 6th and it is not in our account and the bank has no pending transactions. I called them and they told me to check back Monday because it takes two business days for a direct deposit. Everyone knows direct deposits are direct...Thats why it is call DIRECT DEPOSIT LIBERTY MUTUAL!. |

Over six months ago I had my car broke into and some expensive personal items were stolen. I have had Liberty Mutual for over 20 years ( homeowners, automobile and life) without ever having a claim. I had to hire an attorney which cost me thousands and I am still waiting for what I thought was a reputable company to settle my claim. I URGE YOU NOT TO SUPPORT LIBERTY MUTUAL IN ANY WAY. I hate to think what my family would have to go through god for bid any thing happen to me. VERY UPSET policy holder. |

I had to hire an attorney in order to get Liberty Mutual to actually allow me to get proper medical treatment. It was deny, deny, stall, stall and finally at a court hearing they agreed to medical treatment. It has taken over 8 months on a simple foot injury. |

Their Workman's Compensation rates are very competitive, however, if you're an employee, they will spend $75,000 fighting your claim instead of helping you get better and back to work. Beware !!. |
